The Dessert Museum Sweet Lolita Fashion Meet

The Dessert Museum is all over social media and our local lolita community was one of the firsts to block a full two hours exclusively for our group. We never had a sweet themed meet before and it was the perfect opportunity to do so.

Warning: Picture heavy!

Hosted by our resident OTT sweet lolita herself, Kristina, the meet became an accidental big meet with 40 attendees! Around 30% were companions and photographers though but this is the next biggest meet that ever happened next to Lace Up 2017. I'm not surprised. The venue really is a total hit!

This darling, Geo Go, wearing my work - a Dorotee Sweetlips dress. It's available on my shop!

My sweet laid back look. Building my coord for this event was quiet a struggle as I don't really have any dessert themed pieces in my wardrobe except for this skirt. It was a delight to finally wear it again after so many years. Both the blouse and skirt were mementos from my Japan trip in 2008.

My date for the day, Christel! I was so happy to see her after a long time. She was one of my first lolita friends over 10 years ago!

Christel and I decided to take each other's photos so 90% of the upcoming photos will be a photoshoot dump of the two of us. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do. After all, we're only here for the aesthetics. 😂

For information about the venue, here's a good documentation made by my friend, Sanakan, who was also with us during the meet.

Group photo! The community dramatically grew after Lace Up 2017! Meets are becoming more frequent this year as we prepare for this year's Lace Up! As the admin and founder of the comm, I'm looking forward on watching everything unfold and fall into place.

Ending this post with a happy short video of the meet. Enjoy the cuteness!
